POC Development

Prove it works before you build it

We test the riskiest technical assumption first, so you invest in full development knowing the solution works.

WHO IT IS FOR
Early stage

A bold idea, unclear feasibility

The product depends on something you haven't tried: AI on your data, a complex integration or real-time processing.

Growth stage

Investors ask for proof

Investors or management want evidence that the core technology works before approving the budget for a full product.

Scale stage

A risky change to a live system

You plan a new architecture, vendor or integration in a working product and need to check it without risking production.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
Definition of the key technical risk and success criteria
Research of possible approaches, tools and constraints
A working proof of concept on your real data or systems
Measurement against agreed criteria: accuracy, speed, cost
Report with results, limitations and recommendations
Estimate of the next step: MVP, full development or stop

From request to result

Clarity Session

We identify the riskiest technical assumption behind your idea. You leave with a clear question the PoC must answer. No sales pitch.

[ 02 ]14 business days

Criteria and approach

We fix success criteria, research approaches and choose tools. You get a PoC plan, timeline and cost estimate.

[ 03 ]scoped per project

PoC build

We build a minimal working solution and test it on your data. Interim results are shared as soon as they appear.

[ 04 ]after the PoC is done

Results and next step

We present measured results and limitations and recommend: move to an MVP, change the approach or stop.

Frequently asked questions

and answers

How is a PoC different from an MVP?+

A PoC proves that a solution is technically feasible, usually without a finished interface or real users. An MVP is a working product that real people use, and it tests market demand. If the main risk is technical, start with a PoC. If the technology is proven and the question is whether people will pay, go straight to an MVP.

What if the PoC shows the idea doesn't work?+

Then it has done its job. A negative result costs far less than a full product built on a false assumption. The report explains exactly what failed and why, and whether a different approach, data or tool could change the outcome.

Can the PoC code be used in the final product?+

Sometimes, in part. A PoC is built for speed of verification, not for reliability and scale, so it usually needs rework before production. Parts such as data processing logic or model setup often carry over into the MVP.

What do you need from us to start?+

A clear description of the idea, access to the data or systems the PoC depends on, and a person who can answer business questions. If the data is sensitive, we agree on how to work with it before the start.
