BRIEF

What did the client come with?

Sonnari is a company providing outsourced accounting services in Poland. The WordPress site inherited the weaknesses of the CMS and had no separate pages for each service or for city queries, so it brought few visitors from Google.

Problem list

  • The site had no version for the Russian-speaking audience in Poland, whose demand grew sharply because of the war in Ukraine
  • A narrow menu structure: no separate landing pages for each service or for queries in large cities
  • WordPress weaknesses: duplicate pages, no SEO-friendly URLs, extra code in the page body
  • No robots.txt, no structured data and no separate H1 for categories
GOALS AND TASKS

Make the site visible to people searching for accounting in Poland

  1. 01

    Cover services and cities

A separate landing page for each service and a group of pages for large cities, each aimed at its own group of search queries.

  2. 02

    Reach a new audience

A third language version for Russian-speaking users in Poland who search Google in Russian.

  3. 03

    Close the technical base

Duplicates, SEO-friendly URLs, extra WordPress code, indexing, sitemap, robots.txt and structured data, so pages enter search instead of getting lost in technical errors.

PROCESS

Three steps from audit to scale

Step 1: Finding clarity

We ran an SEO audit and research of the search results — site structure, content volume, technical health and keywords.

Stage result:

A map of the site’s weak points plus an SEO strategy.

Step 2: Building the growth architecture

VECTOR IT

We fixed the WordPress weaknesses: duplicate pages, missing SEO-friendly URLs and extra code in the page body. Search Console setup, a multilingual sitemap, clean URLs on the added language, a separate H1 for each category, a robots.txt created and configured from scratch, structured data, faster pages and duplicate titles removed.

VECTOR MARKETING

A third language version for Russian-speaking users in Poland. The main category tree grew by 70% with second and third levels, and each service got its own landing page. A group of third-level pages for large cities, for example accounting services in Gdansk, each aimed at its own group of queries.

VECTOR CONTENT

A blog with useful financial literacy articles.

Step 3: Scaling and control

We repeated the niche and competitor analysis, collected queries for every type of service in Polish, Russian and English, wrote system titles and descriptions for categories and service pages, and set system headings for images and category H1s. Link building and reputation work (SERM) now run continuously.

Stage result:

261 of 1302 queries in the top 10, 140 in the top 3, 56 in the top 1, and the average position moved from 81 to 9.

RESULT

A steady flow from Google

Google visitors grew from 360 to 7000 per month in a niche that is small by itself. 261 of 1302 queries are in the top 10, 140 in the top 3 and 56 in the top 1.
