BRIEF

What did the client come with?

An online store of porcelain tableware (Lomonosov Porcelain) selling in Germany. The site was not built for search — organic traffic was almost absent, and sales depended on other channels.

Problem list

  • A narrow category tree — products did not cover the core search queries
  • Technical errors: broken links, duplicate titles, an incorrect robots.txt
  • No structured data and no sitemap for Google
  • No heading and description system for search queries in DE and EN
GOALS AND TASKS

Build an organic channel from the structure, not from a new website

  1. 01

    Expand query coverage

A new category tree for DE and EN search intent, with each page aimed at its own query.

  2. 02

    Close the technical base

Indexing, duplicates, speed and structured data, so new pages enter search instead of getting lost in technical errors.

  3. 03

    Lock in the result

Content, links and reputation (SERM) as an ongoing system, not a one-off campaign.

PROCESS

Three steps from audit to scale

Step 1: Finding clarity

We ran an SEO audit and competitor research — site structure, content volume, technical health, keywords and the link profile.

Stage result:

A map of the site’s weak points plus an SEO strategy.

Step 2: Building the growth architecture

VECTOR IT

Search Console setup, a multilingual sitemap for faster indexing, clean URLs, a separate H1 for each category, a correct robots.txt, filter pages closed from indexing, structured data, faster pages and a redirect to the homepage for removed products.

VECTOR MARKETING

The category tree grew by 50%: second and third levels, plus a separate branch for the popular query cluster. Each new category page targets its own query.

VECTOR CONTENT

A blog on porcelain care and history, plus pages for new collections and long-tail queries. Product descriptions were filled in, and collection items are shown inside the articles.

Step 3: Scaling and control

We repeated the niche and competitor analysis, collected German and English semantics, and wrote heading systems for categories, products and images. Link building and reputation work (SERM) now run continuously.

Stage result:

42 queries in the top 3, 68 queries in the top 10, and visibility up 600% from the start.

RESULT

A site people find in search

The store gained a stable organic channel: visibility up 600% and 68 queries in the top 10, without paying for every click each month.
