Releases without late-night outages

We automate build, tests and deployment. Releases become routine, and the infrastructure becomes clear and manageable.

WHO IT IS FOR
Early stage

Deploys by hand over SSH

Code goes to the server by hand, configuration lives in one developer's head, and backups are missing or have never been tested.

Growth stage

Releases once a month

Every release is a risk: build and testing take hours, something breaks, and the team delays updates to avoid touching production.

Scale stage

Cloud spend grows unchecked

Infrastructure bills rise every month, services run with no inventory, and under load the system falls over.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
Audit of infrastructure, the release process and cloud spend
CI/CD in GitHub Actions or Jenkins: build, tests, deploy
Docker, and Kubernetes only where it is actually needed
Infrastructure as code in Terraform and Ansible
Monitoring and alerts in Prometheus, Grafana and Sentry
Backups with tested recovery, and secrets management
Cloud cost work on AWS, GCP, Azure, Hetzner or DigitalOcean
PROCESS

From request to result

[ 01 ]free · 30 min

Clarity Session

We review how releases happen now and where infrastructure is most exposed. You leave with the main risks. No sales pitch.

[ 02 ]14 business days

Audit and plan

Analysis of infrastructure, the release process and spend. You get a prioritized change plan and an estimate.

[ 03 ]first 30 days of work

Automation

We set up CI/CD, monitoring and backups. The result is the first automatic release with no manual steps.

[ 04 ]ongoing, monthly cycle

Support

We support the infrastructure, respond to incidents, ship updates and review cloud spend every month.

Frequently asked questions

and answers

How is DevOps different from cybersecurity?+

DevOps keeps the system stable, updating quickly and not costing more than it should. Cybersecurity keeps outsiders from using it. Some practices are shared: access, secrets, updates. Baseline infrastructure security sits inside DevOps. A deep audit and penetration testing are a separate service.

Do we need Kubernetes?+

Not necessarily. Kubernetes fits systems with many services, variable load and several teams. For a small product it adds complexity and cost with no benefit: a few servers with Docker and solid CI/CD are enough. We recommend from your load, not from fashion.

Can the cloud bill come down?+

Often, yes. Typical overspend is services started for a while and forgotten, oversized resources, no autoscaling and expensive storage tiers. We show the real savings after the audit, before any change.

Do you work with our development team?+

Yes, that is the main format. We set the process up so your developers ship releases themselves, without a DevOps engineer in every step. Documentation and access go to your team.
