Partners order without a manager

We build B2B portals for dealers and partners. Orders, prices and documents in one place, in sync with your accounting.

WHO IT IS FOR
Early stage

Orders arrive by email and chat

Dealers send orders by email and messages, managers retype them into accounting by hand and answer the same questions every day.

Growth stage

Managers act as operators

The partner base grows, and managers spend the day confirming prices, stock and statuses instead of growing sales.

Scale stage

Complex terms no longer fit

Custom prices, discounts, credit limits and multiple warehouses no longer fit into a spreadsheet price list or a regular online store.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
Ordering process analysis: roles, terms, exceptions and documents
Catalog with custom prices, discounts and stock levels for each partner
Placing and repeating orders, with statuses and history
Documents in the portal: invoices, delivery notes, reconciliation statements
Roles and access for the partner company's employees
Integration with your accounting system, ERP or CRM via API
Order analytics for your team

Frequently asked questions

and answers

How is a B2B portal different from a customer account?+

A customer account is usually built for retail buyers: order history, bonuses, profile. A B2B portal is built for companies: custom prices and terms, credit limits, several users with different roles, documents for accounting and data exchange with your back office. B2B logic is more complex, so it is designed separately.

Will partners actually use the portal?+

Yes, if it is faster than messaging a manager. That is why the first version covers the most frequent actions: check price and availability, place or repeat an order, find a document. We roll out gradually with a few partners and refine based on their feedback.

Can we build B2B on top of our online store?+

It depends on the platform and how complex your terms are. For simple cases, extending the store is enough: separate prices and customer groups. When there are credit limits, complex discounts and document exchange, a dedicated portal is usually more reliable. We decide after analyzing the process.

How does the portal sync with accounting?+

Through an API or data exchange with your accounting system: prices, stock, orders, statuses and documents. We define the frequency and direction of the exchange during analysis. Each data flow has a log and error alerts, so mismatches are visible right away.
