Corporate style

The same look on every material

We assemble the materials, colors, type and rules of use. Naming and a product design system are not part of this.

WHO IT IS FOR
Early stage

A logo, and no materials

The sign is approved, while the deck, the letter and the site are assembled from scratch each time. Each piece looks like another company.

Growth stage

The materials have drifted apart

There are more pieces, and colors and type keep shifting. Customers recognize the logo and not the brand around it.

Scale stage

Each contractor draws their own

Several teams make decks, packaging and templates. Without rules of use the same look cannot be held.

PROCESS

From request to result

[ 01 ]free · 30 min

Clarity Session

We look at where the look already drifts and what must stay recognizable. You leave with the list of materials. No sales pitch.

[ 02 ]depends on scope

Style

Colors, type and the key materials. The result is rules that keep the look the same from one piece to the next.

[ 03 ]after file delivery

Handoff

We hand over the document and the files and walk through them with the people who will make the next materials.

Frequently asked questions

and answers

Does corporate style replace a design system?+

No. Corporate style sets the look of materials: colors, type, rules of use. A design system assembles the components of a digital interface. Naming is out of scope too: we do not invent a company or product name here.

Do we need a style if the logo exists?+

It depends. If the sign exists and every new piece looks different, that is what the style is for. If you do not need materials yet, identity is enough. We do not draw materials in reserve.

Does this include print-ready files?+

It depends on the material. We build the rules and the key layouts that hold the look. Files for a print shop are agreed separately, and only if that material is in the scope.

Can our designer continue without you?+

Yes. The rules of use are built for that: palette, type, sign rules and examples of materials. Questions the document does not answer show up immediately, not on the tenth layout.
