Communication strategy

Where the brand speaks, and why

We decide where the brand speaks, to whom and what it says. No layouts, and no monthly social content plan.

WHO IT IS FOR
Early stage

A little bit of everything

The site, the posts and sales say different things. It is not decided which places matter or which message they should hold.

Growth stage

Channels with a split message

Reach is growing, while the site, the ads and the managers promise different things. Customers assemble the brand from conflicting lines.

Scale stage

Many teams, no shared rules

Several markets or contractors speak for the brand. Each channel sounds like a separate company.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
Audiences: whom we address and whom we deliberately skip
Messages: what each audience hears in its own place
Roles of places: where the brand shows up and why there
Priority: what to start first and what can wait
Tone: how the brand sounds and which lines it avoids
Limits: layouts and the content plan stay outside this work

Clarity Session

We check where promises already split: the site, sales, social. You leave with a focus for the strategy. No sales pitch.

[ 02 ]14 working days

Strategy

Audiences, messages and the role of each place. The result is the rules for how the brand speaks, with no layouts and no posting grid.

Alignment

We review the rules with the people who write and sell, and note what they change in conversation now.

Frequently asked questions

and answers

Does this replace an SMM content plan?+

No. A communication strategy fixes where the brand speaks, to whom and with what message. An SMM content plan schedules specific posts. Layouts are out of scope too: first the decision on what to say, and only then the design as separate work.

Do we need it if ads are already running?+

It depends. If every channel holds one promise, a short check is enough. If the site, the ads and the managers promise different things, budget without a shared rule only amplifies the split.

Do you write the channel copy?+

No. We fix the message and the role of each place. Finished posts, articles and banners are production against rules that are already agreed, not this service.

Will you name channels to turn off?+

It depends on the role of the place, not on how much reach it has. If a channel serves none of the chosen audiences, we recommend not speaking there. Presence on its own is not a role.
