Brand platform

The brand's meaning, written once

We put mission, values, character, messages and proof into one document. A logo is not part of this work.

WHO IT IS FOR
Early stage

The meaning is told differently

The founder, the site and sales give different reasons the company exists. A new person on the team has nothing from which to assemble the brand.

Growth stage

The words lag behind the work

The values have hung there for years while the product and the service moved on. The team cannot say how the brand differs, beyond a nice line.

Scale stage

Several teams, several characters

Markets or products speak in different voices. There is no document that holds character, messages and proof for everyone.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
Mission: why the brand exists, in one agreed line
Values: principles visible in decisions, not on a wall
Character: how the brand behaves and how it never does
Messages: the lines later texts are written from
Proof: facts the promises can be checked against
Limits: the sign and the logo stay out of the document

Clarity Session

We compare how the founder, the site and sales explain the brand today. You leave with the list of contradictions. No sales pitch.

[ 02 ]14 working days

Platform

Mission, values, character, messages and proof. The result is one document instead of several versions of the meaning.

Alignment

We read the document with the people who speak for the brand and remove lines the team will not hold.

Frequently asked questions

and answers

Does a brand platform include a logo?+

No. The platform is a document: mission, values, character, messages and proof. The sign and the logo are identity. The document should come first, so the look rests on an agreed meaning instead of replacing it.

Is a platform the same as a slogan?+

No. A slogan is one line for the materials. A platform explains why the brand exists, how it behaves and what proves the words. A short line can follow from it. It does not replace the document.

Can the team write the platform itself?+

It depends. If someone can hold the wording and get leadership to agree it, a frame is enough. If the versions of the meaning already contradict each other, you need a finished document, not an empty template.

Do the values have to be new?+

No. If a principle already shows up in the company's decisions, we name it more precisely. We do not invent a nice word. A value that is absent from the product or the service does not enter the document.
