Processes live in spreadsheets
Records sit in Excel and chat apps, figures diverge between teams, and ready-made tools don't cover how your business works.

We build software for a specific process. First we price the manual work, and only then we write the code.

The team is growing, while CRM, accounting and warehouse live apart. Managers copy data by hand and make mistakes at every step.
Internal software was written over the years by different contractors. Every change breaks something else, and there is no documentation.

It depends on the job, and the line is purpose. A complex web solution usually faces outward: customers, partners, a public product. Software development more often covers internal processes: accounting, logistics, production, data exchange between systems. The technologies can be the same. What differs is whose scenario we design for, and which metrics the system should move.
Often that is the right choice. If a ready-made service covers the process almost fully, custom development will cost more for no gain. Building your own makes sense when the process is your competitive advantage, or when subscriptions and workarounds already cost more than your own system. We run that calculation in the Clarity Session.
Yes, after an audit. We review the code, architecture, infrastructure and documentation, then say plainly what is cheaper: grow what exists or rewrite selected modules. A full rewrite is on the table only when the numbers support it.
