SaaS

SaaS that gets paid every month

We build SaaS products from the monetization model. First we define what the customer pays monthly, then we write code.

WHO IT IS FOR
Early stage

A subscription idea, no model

The product lives in someone's head or as a prototype, but it's unclear how to price it, how to charge and what the first paying customer needs.

Growth stage

Each client is a separate build

The product is deployed by hand for every client, customizations pile up, and onboarding a new client takes weeks.

Scale stage

The architecture can't take growth

Clients keep coming, the system slows down, billing breaks on non-standard plans, and every update becomes a risk.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
Product model: plans, limits and the path from signup to payment

Client account, roles and permissions, plus an admin panel for your team
Onboarding: a first result in the product with no manager involved

Frequently asked questions

and answers

How is SaaS different from a regular web application?+

Technically they are similar. The difference is the business model. SaaS serves many customers on one platform, so from day one you need data isolation, plans, billing, onboarding without a manager and retention metrics. A web app can be an internal tool without any of that. If a subscription is not planned, a SaaS architecture is an unnecessary cost.

When should billing go live: now or after the first customers?+

It depends on the stage. For a first test you can take payment manually and skip complex pricing. Once there are a few dozen customers, manual payment eats the team's time and hides real churn. Automated billing then pays for itself faster than it seems.

Can we turn our internal product into a SaaS?+

Yes, but it is usually a rebuild, not a small extension. An internal system is built for one company: a shared database, manual setup, no plans. We audit first and show what can stay and what has to be rebuilt for multi-tenancy.

Who owns winning the first customers?+

Development is our scope. Sales and marketing are a separate job. We build the product so marketing has something to work with: funnel analytics, onboarding and a trial. Promotion can be added separately through the GVSPACE marketing practice.
