SAP that works with every system

We integrate SAP with the site, CRM and warehouse. First we find where data is copied by hand, and we automate that first.

WHO IT IS FOR
Early stage

Accounting outgrew a simple ERP

The business has outgrown a basic accounting system and is considering SAP, but it is unclear whether you need it and what implementation will cost.

Growth stage

People still copy the data

SAP is running, but managers copy website orders, CRM data and warehouse stock by hand, and every mistake costs money.

Scale stage

Reports take weeks to assemble

Data is scattered across SAP and a dozen other systems, so a management report is built by hand and is stale before the meeting.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
Audit of processes and data flows between SAP and other systems
SAP linked to the site, store, CRM and warehouse through an API
Sync of orders, stock, prices and counterparties, with no manual work

Frequently asked questions

and answers

How is SAP work different from building software from scratch?+

SAP already has the accounting core, so we do not create a new system. We embed the existing one into the rest of the business: integrations, extensions, reporting. Building from scratch fits when there is no ready platform, or it does not cover the process. If the job can be done with SAP's own tools, we will not recommend a separate system.

Do we definitely need SAP?+

Not necessarily. SAP is justified for companies with complex processes, several legal entities, manufacturing or large-scale logistics. For many businesses a simpler ERP, or accounting linked to a CRM, closes the same jobs cheaper and faster. We say this plainly in the Clarity Session, even if the answer is that you do not need SAP yet.

Will integration break accounting that already works?+

No, if it is done in stages. We start the exchange on a test environment, reconcile the data, and only then move it to the live system. Each flow has an exchange log and error alerts, so a failure shows up immediately, not at month end.

Do you work with any version of SAP?+

It depends on the version, your configuration and the exchange interfaces available. We establish that in the audit, before estimating the work. If the job is outside our expertise, we say so immediately, not after the contract is signed.
