Product Management
Product Management

A product that grows by its metrics

We run a digital product from business metrics. Features enter development by effect on revenue, not by how loud the request is.

WHO IT IS FOR
Early stage

The founder is the product lead

Product decisions are made by the founder between sales and hiring, so development gets tasks at random, with no priorities and no criteria.

Growth stage

Backlog grows, metrics don't

The team keeps shipping, but retention and revenue stay flat, because nobody ties features to an outcome.

Scale stage

Several teams, split priorities

The product has grown, teams pull in different directions, and the strategy lives in a slide deck, not in daily tasks.

Frequently asked questions

and answers

How is product management different from project management?+

The difference is the scope of responsibility. A project manager is accountable for tasks done on time and within budget. A product manager is accountable for those being the right tasks, the ones that move business metrics. A feature can ship perfectly on time and still go unused. We cover the product role, and we track timelines alongside it.

How is this different from a marketing strategy?+

A marketing strategy answers how to acquire a customer and what that costs. Product management answers what the customer gets inside the product and why they stay. Both rest on unit economics and work best together. There is no point buying traffic into a product people leave after the first session.

Do you work with the development team we already have?+

Yes, that is the most common format. Development is yours or another contractor's, and product management is ours. We fit your process and tools. We do not ask you to rebuild the team around us.

Can the product role move in-house later?+

Yes, and we prepare for that. The roadmap, analytics, documentation and the logic of decisions stay with you. If you hire a product manager, we help with onboarding so they do not start from zero.
