Advertising audit

See where the ad budget disappears

We review ad accounts and analytics. Every problem is judged by how much money it costs you each month.

WHO IT IS FOR
Early stage

Ads run, clarity doesn't

A freelancer or contractor runs the ads, reports arrive, but it's unclear what a customer costs and whether the spend pays off.

Growth stage

Cost per lead or ROAS has worsened over recent months, and you need to see what changed: the market, the settings or the analytics.

Scale stage

Before raising the budget

You plan to increase ad spend substantially and want to be sure the accounts and analytics will hold up at scale.

Frequently asked questions

and answers

How is an audit different from managing ads?+

An audit is a one-off independent diagnosis: what is set up wrong now and what it costs. Managing ads is monthly work with campaigns toward a result. After the audit, the plan can be implemented by your team, with the current contractor, or handed to us separately.

Do you need account access, or are reports enough?+

We need access, preferably view-only. Reports show the totals, but they don't explain why the numbers look that way. To find the causes we need to see campaign settings, search queries, audiences and conversions. Access can be revoked right after the audit.

Can we order an audit to assess our contractor?+

Yes, that's a common request. We assess the state of the accounts and the results, not people. Findings are stated concretely, with examples from the account, so you can discuss them with the contractor and agree on fixes.

What if the audit finds no serious problems?+

Then you get confirmation that the ads are set up correctly, and a list of growth points. That is a result too: you scale the budget knowing the system is ready. We don't look for problems for the sake of a report, and we say so directly if the account is in good shape.
