Xamarin App
Xamarin App

Your Xamarin app, on a live stack

We maintain Xamarin apps and migrate them to .NET MAUI or another current stack, keeping the app in the stores throughout.

WHO IT IS FOR
Early stage

A working app on a dead stack

The Xamarin app does its job, but support has ended, and you don't know how urgent the migration really is.

Growth stage

Store updates get harder

New iOS and Android requirements, SDK versions and libraries are increasingly difficult to meet on Xamarin.

Scale stage

A critical app at risk

Customers or staff use the app daily, and a failed update or store rejection would stop business processes.

Frequently asked questions

and answers

Is our Xamarin app going to stop working?+

Not overnight. Existing installs keep working, but Microsoft no longer releases updates, and new iOS and Android requirements will gradually make it impossible to publish updates. The longer migration is postponed, the more it turns into an emergency. We assess your specific timeline in the audit.

Should we move to .NET MAUI or a different stack?+

.NET MAUI is the direct successor to Xamarin, so much of the C# code and team knowledge can be reused. If the app needs a major redesign anyway, or the team is moving away from .NET, Flutter or native development may be the better choice. We compare options on your code.

Can we migrate without the app disappearing from the stores?+

Yes. We keep the current version running and updated while the new one is built, then release the migrated version as a regular update. Users keep their data and don't need to reinstall anything.

Can you support the Xamarin app until migration is done?+

Yes. Critical fixes and store-required updates continue in parallel with migration, so the business doesn't depend on how fast the new version is ready.
