An interface agreed before code

We study how a person completes the task and design the interface in Figma. Version one keeps only the screens it needs.

WHO IT IS FOR
Early stage

Version one is still unclear

The product idea exists, but nobody can say which screens are actually needed, so there is a risk of drawing extras before the scenario is tested.

Growth stage

People drop the task halfway

Clients start an action and abandon it, and the team argues whether the words or the screen order is at fault.

Scale stage

Screens no longer match

The product grew in pieces, new screens do not look like the old ones, and every review eats the team's time.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

Layouts: Figma for phone and for desktop
Figma prototype: walk the scenario before code
States: empty, error, loading and success
Notes for development: what on the screen is an action
PROCESS

From request to result

[ 01 ]free · 30 min

Clarity Session

We look at the task the interface must close and what already gets in people's way. You leave with the focus of version one. No sales pitch.

[ 02 ]14 working days

Research

Tasks, scenarios and screen structure. We agree what version one includes before any screen is drawn in detail.

[ 03 ]scoped per project

Layouts

We assemble the screens and a prototype in Figma. You walk the scenario and correct it before development.

[ 04 ]after approval

Handover

You receive the Figma file and notes on the screens. Development can sit with your team or with us, separately.

Frequently asked questions

and answers

Does UX/UI design include building the interface?+

No. The result is a Figma file: scenarios, screens and a prototype you can walk through. Code is written by a development team. Screen notes exist so a developer does not have to guess what is a button and what is only text. The build itself is ordered separately.

Is this branding?+

No. Branding sets the company's position, voice and recognizable style. UX/UI design takes a style that already exists and shows how a person completes a task in the product. If there is no style yet, branding should be done separately, or the screens will be redone.

Can you design just one action?+

Yes. That is often the better scope: one scenario from entry to result, without extra screens. The rest waits until it is clear that people actually reach the end.

Can layouts go to development without your approval?+

No. We show the scenario on the prototype, collect changes and lock the agreed version in Figma. After that the file can go to development.
