An app people open every day

We design and build iOS apps around a specific business goal. First we work out what should change in the numbers.

WHO IT IS FOR
Early stage

No product yet

The idea is there, but it is unclear what to launch on the App Store and which features the first version actually needs.

Growth stage

Installs yes, retention no

People install the app and disappear after the first session, and there is no product analytics to show why.

Scale stage

Legacy code slows releases

The codebase has grown, every release takes longer than the last, and testing a simple idea now takes months.

Product analytics: events, funnels, retention reporting
Handover of code and documentation, or ongoing support on our side
PROCESS

From request to result

[ 01 ]free · 30 min

Clarity Session

We work out what the product is for and which business metric it should move. You leave with the scope of version one. No sales pitch.

[ 02 ]14 business days

Discovery and prototype

User journeys, screen structure, clickable prototype. You get a timeline and cost estimate without a threefold range.

[ 03 ]scoped per project

Design and MVP build

We build a working first version with analytics inside. Demos every two weeks, so changes stay cheap to make.

[ 04 ]ongoing, monthly cycle

Release and growth

Launch, data collection, and next release priorities set by user behavior rather than a wish list.

Frequently asked questions

and answers

How long does it take to build an iOS app from scratch?+

It depends on the scope of the first version. A simple app built around one core feature comes together noticeably faster than a product with several integrations. We give a real estimate after discovery, once the journeys and scope are fixed. Any number quoted before that would be a guess, and we don't quote guesses.

Why native iOS rather than cross-platform?+

It depends on the product. Native wins when you need complex animation, deep camera work, offline mode or maximum performance. If none of that applies and you need both platforms at once, cross-platform costs less. We work this out for your case during the Clarity Session instead of selling the more expensive option.

Do we keep the code once the work is done?+

Yes. The repository, documentation and access are handed over to you, and the app is published under your developer account. We don't build technical dependency on us: you can continue with our team or with your own.

What happens after release?+

We collect data on how people actually use the app and compare it with the assumptions behind version one. Then we prioritize changes by their effect on your key metric. The format and scope of support are agreed separately, closer to launch.
