Android Development

A product that works on every device

We build Android apps around a business goal and around the real range of devices your users own.

WHO IT IS FOR
Early stage

No mobile channel

The business runs through a website or messengers, and part of the audience never gets to an order from a phone.

Growth stage

Reviews hurt installs

The app exists, but crashes on budget devices and slow start-up keep dragging the Google Play rating down.

Scale stage

Releases became a risk

Every update breaks something in production, regression testing is manual, and a rollback takes longer than the release.

Clarity Session

We work out why the business needs an app and which metric it should move. You leave with the scope of version one. No sales pitch.

[ 02 ]14 business days

Discovery and prototype

Journeys, screen structure, prototype and device matrix. You get a timeline and cost estimate against a fixed scope.

[ 03 ]scoped per project

Design and MVP build

We build the first version with analytics and crash monitoring inside. Demos every two weeks, changes land before release.

[ 04 ]ongoing, monthly cycle

Release and growth

Staged rollout on Google Play, crash and review analysis, priorities set by real user behavior.

Frequently asked questions

and answers

Which Android versions and devices do you support?+

We define the support matrix during discovery, based on your actual audience rather than market averages. Usually that means the most recent system versions plus the budget devices a meaningful share of your users own. A wider matrix means more testing work, and we show that cost separately so the decision stays yours.

Why does our app crash on cheap phones but not on expensive ones?+

Memory and a weaker processor: what goes unnoticed on a flagship turns into a freeze or a crash on a budget device. These issues surface through testing on real devices and through monitoring, not on an emulator. We build that in from the start rather than after the first wave of negative reviews.

Can we do Android first and iOS later?+

Yes, if your core audience is on Android. But if you need both platforms within a year, it is worth pricing the cross-platform option first: two separate native builds cost more than one shared codebase. We run both scenarios during the Clarity Session.

Who publishes the app on Google Play?+

We handle publishing, but under your developer account — it stays yours, along with the app, its statistics and reviews. If you don't have an account yet, we help you open and set it up while preparing for release.
