Content Plan
Content Plan

Every post has a role in the funnel

We build content plans from business goals. Each series moves the customer to the next stage, from first contact to purchase.

WHO IT IS FOR
Early stage

What to post, every single day

Content is created at the last minute, topics repeat, and posts are connected neither to the product nor to sales.

Growth stage

Lots of content, little meaning

Posts go out regularly, but reach doesn't turn into leads, because the content entertains rather than leads to a decision.

Scale stage

Several networks, no alignment

Instagram, Facebook and TikTok are run separately, messages diverge, and each network presents the same launch in its own way.

Frequently asked questions

and answers

How is a content plan different from social media management?+

A content plan is strategy and a calendar: what to post, where and why. Social media management is execution: copy, design, filming, posting and communication. A content plan is right if you have your own team to produce content but no system. If you don't have a team, full management is the better choice.

How far ahead is the content plan made?+

Usually for a month, with content series and key events for the quarter. A longer detailed plan quickly goes stale: new data, trends and launches appear. So we fix the foundation for the long term and specific topics monthly.

Do you take our launches and promotions into account?+

Yes, it's a required part. Content prepares the audience for a launch in advance instead of announcing it on the last day. That's why at the start we collect your events calendar and build it into the plan.

How do we know the content plan is working?+

By series metrics. For awareness content that's reach and new followers, for trust it's saves and completion rate, for sales it's clicks and leads. The monthly review shows which series work and which should be replaced.
