A program recognized from the opening

We build a recurring program: hosts, an episode frame and rules for the next episodes. This is not a one-off ad film.

WHO IT IS FOR
Early stage

A show idea and no form

You know the channel needs a show, but there are no hosts, no episode blocks and nothing that makes the episodes feel related.

Growth stage

Episodes out, no program visible

Films go out, but the structure changes every time, so viewers do not see one program and do not wait for the next episode.

Scale stage

The show can't hold its rhythm

Hosts and episode prep depend on manual coordination, so the regular release keeps slipping.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

Hosts: role on camera, delivery and topic limits
Episode frame: the blocks that repeat every time
Pilot: the first episode built on that frame
Team rules: how to prepare the next episode
Before filming: what must be ready for the episode

Clarity Session

We check whether the channel needs a program or standalone films are enough. You leave with the frame of the format. No sales pitch.

Program format

The promise, the hosts and the episode frame. The result is the rules that make episodes feel like one program.

[ 03 ]depends on scope

Pilot episode

We build the first episode on that frame. This tests the program. It is not a one-off ad film.

Frequently asked questions

and answers

Is this a one-off promotional video?+

No. A YouTube show is a recurring program with hosts and an episode format that repeats. A promotional video is one film for a campaign: an offer and versions for placements. The show gets viewers to come back for the next episode. It does not close a single promotion.

Are standalone videos enough instead of a show?+

It depends on what the channel has to do. Standalone videos close one topic: a review, an explainer, an expert episode. A show is for when viewers should recognize the program and wait for the next episode with the same hosts and blocks. If you do not need that habit, you do not need a show.

Can we launch a show without regular hosts?+

No. Hosts hold the program. Viewers come back for the people and the repeating blocks, not for a one-off plot. If a new person with no role appears every time, that is a pile of separate films. We fix the hosts' roles before the pilot.

Do you shoot every episode after the pilot?+

It depends on who keeps the rhythm. The pilot and the prep rules are in the service so your team can build the next episodes. If you need us to keep producing episodes, we scope that separately. We do not hide it inside the format.
