Video Editing

The point stays in the cut

We assemble footage for a single business purpose. Shot order and pacing lead the viewer to act, not toward an effect.

WHO IT IS FOR
Early stage

Footage in, no video out

The shoot is done, and there is still nothing to publish: takes are unsorted, and nobody can say what video they add up to.

Growth stage

Viewers leave at the start

Videos go out, but there is no pacing at the opening, so the point disappears between shots.

Scale stage

Many shoots, uneven logic

Footage arrives often, and each edit starts over with its own logic, so the series never looks like one brand.

[ 01 ]free · 30 min

Clarity Session

We look at a sample of the footage and what it must do: what the viewer should grasp. You leave with an edit focus. No sales pitch.

[ 02 ]14 working days

Video structure

We select takes and lock the scene order. The result is an approved structure before the final cut.

[ 03 ]depends on volume

Edit and versions

We set pacing, sound and simple titles, and cut a version for each placement. The result is a video to review.

Revisions and files

We make the agreed changes and deliver the full video and short versions, ready to publish.

Frequently asked questions

and answers

Does video editing include Motion Design?+

No. Editing assembles a video from footage: order, pacing, sound and simple titles. Motion Design is a separate service: animated graphics and titles that were not in the shoot. If you need graphics, they are made separately and we place the finished files into the cut.

Is color grading part of the edit?+

No. The edit assembles the film: order, pacing, sound and plain titles, without a color grade and without animated graphics. If the film must be delivered with color and graphics together, that is post-production.

Do we need a script before the edit starts?+

It depends on the job. Ads and product explanations need a script or a clear brief, or the cut becomes attractive shots that ask nothing of the viewer. For an interview we can find the structure in the footage if it is clear what the video is for.

Can we send footage before the takes are chosen?+

Yes. Selecting takes is part of the work: we keep shots with a clear point and acceptable quality. We need the source files and what the video is for. If the shoot includes facts that are easy to mix up, someone on your side has to confirm them.
