AI Chatbot for Business
AI Chatbot for Business

Routine tasks without a manager

We build chatbots for messengers and the site. The bot handles booking, orders and statuses by a clear scenario.

WHO IT IS FOR
Early stage

Booking and orders by hand

Customers write in messengers, a manager books, clarifies and confirms by hand, and on weekends inquiries wait until Monday.

Growth stage

Managers can't keep up

Inquiries grow, replies are delayed, and some customers don't wait until they are offered a time or a product.

Scale stage

No channel for repeat sales

There are many customers, but no contact with them after the purchase, and broadcasts with offers or reminders are never sent.

Frequently asked questions

and answers

How is a business chatbot different from an AI chatbot?+

A business chatbot works by scenario: buttons, menus, clear steps. It is predictable, fast and doesn't make mistakes in processes such as booking or payment. An AI chatbot understands free text and advises, but it costs more and needs quality control. A combination often works best: scenarios for processes and AI for questions in the customer's own words.

Which messenger should we choose?+

The one your customers use. In Ukraine that is most often Telegram and Viber, and for an Instagram audience, direct messages. A bot can run in several channels with one logic, but it is better to start where most inquiries come from.

Can we take payments in the bot?+

Yes, through payment systems that support payment in messengers or by link. The specific method depends on the channel and your payment system, and we check that at the scenario stage.

Won't customers get tired of broadcasts from the bot?+

They will, if you send everything to everyone. That's why we segment broadcasts by interests and purchase history and don't send them more often than they are useful. We track the number of unsubscribes as a separate metric.
