Customers track orders themselves

An account on your site: orders, profile and documents behind one login. Nobody has to ask a manager for status.

WHO IT IS FOR
Early stage

Status questions answered by hand

Customers write in to ask where their order is and which document to check. A manager repeats the same answers every day.

Growth stage

Email can't keep up with orders

Orders grow, history gets lost in email, and customers can't see documents until someone sends them.

Scale stage

A portal nobody uses

The login exists, yet customers still ask a manager for status and documents: the portal doesn't cover what they open it for.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
Scenarios: status, profile, documents, repeat orders
Login and profile: details customers update themselves
Orders: list, status and a short history
Documents: what customers open without emailing a manager
Access: each customer sees only their own data
Interface: React and TypeScript, data in PostgreSQL
Site connection: the portal without rebuilding every public page

Frequently asked questions

and answers

Is this a B2B portal for dealers?+

No. A client portal is for your customer: their orders, profile and documents. A dealer portal is built for partner companies: separate terms, several partner staff and data exchange with accounting. If dealers place the orders rather than end customers, you need that service instead.

Does it include building the whole website?+

No. We build the private area where customers see their data. Your public company pages are a separate website build. We add the portal to your existing site if it allows, or build it alongside and connect it through the login.

Can a customer see someone else's orders?+

No. Each login opens only that customer's data. Before launch we check that documents and statuses never cross between accounts.

Can we add payments to the portal?+

It depends on where payment happens now. If customers only need to see the invoice and status, we don't move payment. If it has to happen in the portal, that is a separate scope, and we define it after reviewing the scenario.
