Meta Pixel / Conversions API

The pixel records browser events, Conversions API sends them from the server. We combine both in every Meta ads project, as the pixel misses some conversions.

WHY WE CHOOSE THIS

When some purchases never reach Meta, the algorithm targets the wrong people and budget goes to weak traffic. Server events fill in what the browser loses, so optimization rests on fuller data.

WHEN WE CHOOSE THIS TECHNOLOGY
TRIGGER 1

Meta ads are a key channel

A large share of sales comes from Facebook and Instagram, and optimization quality directly affects payback.

TRIGGER 2

Meta reports differ from the CRM

Ads Manager shows one number of purchases, the store or CRM another, and it is unclear which to trust.

TRIGGER 3

The sale closes off the website

The deal closes on a call or in the CRM, and that event must return to Meta as a conversion.

HOW WE APPLY IT
01

Online stores

Product view, cart and purchase events from browser and server with order parameters.

02

Lead generation for services

Sending qualified leads from the CRM so ads optimize for real customers.

03

Server-side GTM container

Sending events to Conversions API via server-side Google Tag Manager without rebuilding the site.

04

Store platform integrations

Official Shopify or WooCommerce integrations when they cover the events you need.

Frequently asked questions

and answers to them

Ask a question
Is the pixel enough without Conversions API?+

No, not for active advertising. Browsers fail to send some events because of ad blockers, cookie restrictions and privacy settings. Conversions API sends the same events from the server, and deduplication by event ID keeps a purchase from being counted twice.

Is it safe to send customer data to Meta?+

Yes, when set up correctly. Email and phone are hashed before sending, and we pass only the events and parameters needed for optimization. User consent to tracking is handled in line with the site's privacy policy.

How long does setup take?+

It depends on the website platform. Stores on popular platforms often only need the official integration, while custom-built sites or sales closed in a CRM need dedicated server-side event transfer. We estimate the scope after auditing your current tracking.

The algorithm learns from what you feed it, so we start with the data.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API setup at GVSPACE starts with an audit: which events are already sent, whether they match store or CRM data and where conversions get lost. Then we set up browser and server events with deduplication, order parameters and offline sales from the CRM. Correct tracking makes Facebook and Instagram ads manageable: the algorithm optimizes for real purchases, and the business sees the true cost of a customer.
