In-House CSR Projects
In-House CSR Projects

CSR the company runs itself

We set up CSR as a company practice: what you take on, who owns it, how results are recorded. Not a program of outside pledges.

WHO IT IS FOR
Early stage

No CSR practice in place yet

The company helps now and then. There is no rule for which projects are its own and which are not.

Growth stage

Too many initiatives

Departments launch their own. Leadership cannot see what the company actually runs as CSR.

Scale stage

Records need to be consistent

There are several projects. You need one way to record who took part and what was done.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
Link to the business: why the topic belongs to you
Selection: which initiatives you take on and which you do not
Ownership: who in the company is responsible for each project
Team involvement: how employees get involved
Partner: who is needed on the ground and why
Records: what counts as a completed fact
Boundary with CSR projects: why this is not a program of pledges
PROCESS

From request to result

[ 01 ]free · 30 min

Clarity Session

We review what the company already does and which of it is truly its CSR. You leave with a selection frame. No sales pitch.

[ 02 ]14 business days

Project rules

Selection criteria, owner, team involvement and record keeping. The result is a set of rules for new initiatives.

[ 03 ]after sign-off

Decision

We walk leadership through the rules and fix which projects the company runs as CSR and which stay one-off actions.

Frequently asked questions

and answers

Is this the same as CSR projects?+

No. A CSR project shapes external commitments: who benefits and what the company takes on publicly. An in-house CSR project sets up the practice inside: which initiatives the company takes on, who owns them and how results are recorded.

Is this a charity fundraiser?+

No. A fundraiser covers one act of help and has an end. An in-house CSR project defines how the company chooses and runs such work going forward. The fundraiser itself, if needed, stays a separate service.

Do you guarantee impact on people?+

No. Impact depends on execution, not on a document. We guarantee selection rules, a named owner and records that show facts rather than intentions.

Do we need a partner?+

It depends. If the company does the work itself, no partner is needed. If the help should come from someone who knows how to deliver it, we name them before the start, not after a public promise.
