SEO Specialist (Ukrainian Market)

ABOUT THE ROLE

GVSPACE is looking for an SEO Specialist to strengthen the organic search presence of businesses operating in the Ukrainian market.

You will be responsible for SEO audits, developing search optimization strategies, improving technical performance, and driving organic traffic growth. You will collaborate with marketers, developers, and business strategists to create solutions that improve not only Google rankings but also measurable business outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• —Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and prioritize optimization opportunities.
• —Develop and implement SEO strategies for the Ukrainian market.
• —Analyze competitors, search demand, and user behavior.
• —Perform keyword research and keyword clustering.
• —Optimize website architecture, metadata, content, and internal linking.
• —Prepare technical briefs for developers and content teams.
• —Monitor indexing, technical website health, and implementation of SEO recommendations.
• —Improve backlink profiles and support local SEO initiatives.
• —Analyze organic traffic, conversions, and SEO performance.
• —Test hypotheses and identify new opportunities for growth.

WHAT WE EXPECT

• ✓At least 2 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• ✓Proven experience optimizing commercial websites for the Ukrainian market.
• ✓Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
• ✓Experience with keyword research, website architecture, and content optimization.
• ✓Proficiency in Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
• ✓Understanding of link building and local SEO.
• ✓Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and experience working with content management systems.
• ✓Ability to analyze performance data and prioritize tasks.
• ✓Independent working style, systematic thinking, and ownership of results.
