PPC Specialist (Google Ads)

ABOUT THE ROLE

GVSPACE is looking for a PPC Specialist who knows how to turn advertising budgets into measurable business results.

You will be responsible for launching, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns for clients across different industries. Your work will focus on campaign performance, conversion tracking, and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.

We are looking for someone who sees beyond clicks and impressions and understands what truly matters to businesses: qualified leads, sales, and profitability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• —Launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• —Work with Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns.
• —Conduct keyword research and analyze search terms and competitors.
• —Set up and verify conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• —Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, and other performance metrics.
• —Test ad copy, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
• —Prepare clear performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• —Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns.

WHAT WE EXPECT

• ✓Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• ✓Strong understanding of Search, Performance Max, and remarketing.
• ✓Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• ✓Confidence working with CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
• ✓Analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to optimization.
• ✓Understanding of how paid advertising contributes to business growth.
• ✓Ability to work independently and manage advertising budgets responsibly.
• ✓Clear communication skills and the ability to explain results without unnecessary jargon.
