Paid Social Specialist (Meta Ads)

ABOUT THE ROLE

GVSPACE is looking for a Paid Social Specialist who knows how to turn advertising budgets into measurable business results.

You will be responsible for launching, optimizing, and scaling Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. You will work with businesses from different industries, test advertising hypotheses, analyze campaign performance, and identify new opportunities for growth.

We care about more than impressions and clicks. What matters to us is delivering real business outcomes: qualified leads, sales, and efficient use of advertising budgets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• —Launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
• —Develop advertising hypotheses and testing strategies.
• —Analyze target audiences and build effective audience segments.
• —Set up retargeting campaigns and advertising funnels.
• —Prepare creative briefs for designers.
• —Test ad creatives, offers, audiences, and landing pages.
• —Monitor and verify Meta Pixel and Conversions API tracking.
• —Analyze CPL, CPA, ROAS, and other key performance metrics.
• —Scale successful campaigns and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.

WHAT WE EXPECT

• ✓Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• ✓Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager.
• ✓Understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising algorithms.
• ✓Experience testing audiences, ad creatives, and offers.
• ✓Solid knowledge of CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
• ✓Experience with Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
• ✓Ability to analyze advertising funnels and identify optimization opportunities.
• ✓Analytical thinking, independence, and responsible budget management.
